Who: Forty most recognized powerful and connected small business owners in the State of California.
What: Carry out the advocacy program of CSBA and the issues of the California delegates to the White House Conference on Small Business (WHCSB)
How: Roundtable provides mentoring and strategic planning from a State level to
the CSBA Legislative Council, issue committees and Statewide small business advisory
councils. Strategic Planning committee formed to determine 40 members and a 1996 plan for
their involvement
