Choice of Plans
A recent study shows most Americans with health
insurance have coverage through employer health
plans. In 2001, small employers are less likely
to offer employees a choice of health plans.
Types of Plans Offered by Small Firms
Small business owners want to furnish health
benefits to their employees and their dependants.
While price has been the number one reason, small
employers do not offer coverage to their
employees, a survey by the Small Business
Education Foundation also identified other
