CSBA calls on the State of California to develop and implement alternative lending and equity intermediary institutions to channel more capital to small businesses. CSBA urges the uses of public and private pension funds as investments in small business ventures. Legislation at the State level to match federal funding opportunities is imperative so California small businesses are not left behind.
